Syzygium cumini, known as Jambul/Jambolan/Jamun is an evergreen tropical fruit tree. This Badoli variety Jamun is very famous for its high yielding and fruit is big in size when compared to normal Jamun variety. This plant is grafted and they grow in medium-size and also used as an ornamental shade plant in the garden because it is evergreen, as its dense foliage, provides shade and is grown just for its ornamental value.
